Unable to report exploit

After filling the form to report an exploit in the Rekt database, I am unable to submit a claim.
When pressing the "Submit a claim" button, nothing visible happens on the web page side (the form remains on screen).
In Chrome, Developer Tools show that there is a
POST request sent to https://prodrekt.de.fi/scam_request that returns
{"statusCode":500,"message":"Internal server error"}

Hello guys am happy I got my refund with Jeff’s support. After losing my money to some fake platform who promised me of my return as at the time I was about yo get my withdrawal done I was den!ed of it. Well after reporting to Jeffsilbert 39 gMail com I wAs able to get my refvnd.
